Stuck on parsing game info/Can't connect at all

Looks like a normal traceroute... Odd how your ISP isn't able to fully resolve the route to google though... I guess its just how they handle ICMP.

As for your server. You say you have a friend that is fully able to connect and play on your server? If that is the case then other people outside of your network should be able to join on the IP that he is communicating with you on. ( external )
Looking for a game server? Visit fullfrag.com and pick one up as low as $2.50 / mo!

Shez can connect to my server in about 10 seconds, and play normally and make stuff. but everyone else (including me) cant connect to the server by typing connect stewi-server.no-ip.org, connect stewi-server.no-ip.org:27015, connect 124.169.185.170, connect 124.169.185.170:27015 or by joining Shez's game.

And as always I can connect using the local IP.

Could it be that Shez can connect because he has 30mib/s connection speed?

Just a thought, could my ISP be blocking inbound port 27015 or any of the other ports?

Also, I plugged my server directly into the modem instead of the switch, but to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas? This is really annoying. I keep thinking it is because the Internet is to slow for everyone exept Shez to connect because Shez has cable at 30mib/s, however when I had hamachi it worked and hamachi goes over wan anyways.
