Yea, loading SMAC may not end your troubles, but it can't hurt and it will take care of some other stuff for you too.

The problem that my server was not showing in the server list is solved now. It was a problem with the firewall. I asked the support 100x times to check the firewall. They said "No, it's not a problem with firewall/machine. It's a valve problem"
Stupids.
