I can kinda get it but I still need help. I have opened my cmd and tried it but i have come to a bit of trouble. Here is an image to help you help me on how to update the server:

Your command line is correct according to the image you posted.

The hldsupdatetool checks every file you have in your SRCDS folder against the ones on the Steam content servers. If some files are missing, incomplete or need to be updated, it will only download or update only those files that need it. You use the same tool to update your server every time Valve releases an update for the game you're running. The tool also displays the name of each file as it checks it but this doesn't mean the files being downloaded again, though it appears that way.

Run the tool with the command line you posted and you should be updated when it finishes.

Good luck!

It is my sincere pleasure. Can you please edit your original post and put [RESOLVED] in the title so people know it's fixed?

And thank you for posting the info we needed to help you. So many people ask for help and fail to do this that it makes it difficult.

Good job and enjoy!
