As stated on in the sticky at the top of this thread, please post the following basic server info so we can help you better. There was a significant update recently that broke stuff, but without know what you have on the server by way of plugins and such, it's impossible to troubleshoot this.

BASIC INFO
Server OS: Specific version. ex: Windows Server 2003 64-bit
Processor: Please list the model, number of physical cores per processor, and the clock speed (in GHz). Also note if it is hyperthreaded (P4s).
Ram: In GB. Speed not required.
Game(s): Which game you are running that is having issues. This is important!
Start Up Command: The FULL command. If you are using a batch script, show the full command line used to start the server.
Admin Mods: Any admin mods that are being used such as Mani, SourceMod, MetaMod, and BeetlesMod

Have you updated SourceMod? It's been updated significantly during the past week to address major crashing issues related to the TF2 Pyromania Update released a little over a week ago. That would be the first place to go and will likely solve the problem. Visit: http://alliedmods.net for the latest verson and extensive support for Sourcemod and it's plugins. It should also be the first place you look when running SourceMod plugins and your server is crashing because SourceMod issues are the first thing that arise after a TF2 Update is released by Valve.

Good luck and Let us know how it goes.
