Can someone please help me with my CSS server

I really have a strange problem..my SRCDS CSS server doesn't appear in the server list (i guess its not displaying at all) and no one can connect to my server..i forwarded ports..

Computer specs:
Windows: WIN7 Professional 64 bits
RAM: 4GB DRR3
Processor: Intel i5
Antivirus: Kaspersky Internet Security 2012
Router: Aztech DSL605EW

Command line: "C:\server\ProZone Match Server\css\srcds.exe" -console -game cstrike +maxplayers 16 +map de_dust +port 27015 +fps_max 1000 -tickrate 100

Ports forwarded: TCP,UDP 1200-1200 Portmap 1200
TCP,UDP 27000-27015 Portmap 27000
TCP,UDP 27020-27039 Portmap 27020

Add your external IP to your command line and try it (+ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - replaced the x's with your external IP). I believe it defaults to the internal IP if you don't. To get your external IP, use this website to show you: http://www.showmyip.com/
