GMod FastDL Problems

My fastdl will not download to the client. When joining the server the bar loads but in the end it will say not downloaded.
OTHER INFO: I'm trying to make the server download the cache and a map that's it. And I can download the map and such from my browser. Thanks in advance.

If the clients are still not able to download the files, try;

resource.AddFile

I can't connect to that address, so that might be your problem.

I'm getting a 404 on the whole xlody.org domain entirely...
