New to this. Server lags for me.

So i wanted to make my own css server so now i have it.

When i go to my server its all laggy and dont knowhow to fix this.
(Havent asked anyone there yet but have portforwared)


My PC info.

w7 64bit
Intel® Core™ i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz
RAM 8 GT

Post your server.cfg here(without rcon password).
Or tell us sv_maxrate and sv_minrate(also sv_maxupdaterate and sv_maxcmdrate)
