[SOLVED]I cannot connect to my server [HELP!]

guys, my english is not good but... i am getting this log, i have installed GDB and GCC but nothing works...

Server OS: CentOS
Ram: 512mb
Game(s): Counter-Strike Source
Startup Command: ./srcds_run -game cstrike -ip 187.108.197.191 -autoupdate -maxplayers 24 +map de_dust2
Admin Mods: none.
External IP: 187.108.197.191

1. Read http://forums.srcds.com/viewtopic/10414 carefully
2. Don't run as root
3. Make sure your ports are open (check your router)
4. "WARNING: Port 27015 was unavailable - bound to port 27016 instead are you sure you connected to IP:27016, not IP:27015?

Ok, i put new information... but, why dont run as root?

Ok, i put new information... but, why dont run as root?

Read your own log to see why.
