srcds.exe Crash after Metamod / Sourcemod Install

Please Note: Running on Amazon Elastic Computing Cloud (EC2)
Server OS: Windows Server 2008 SP2 x64
Processor: Running on Amazon EC2 - Unlimited AMD64 Speed
Ram: 613 MB - scalable (Amazon EC2)
Game(s): Team Fortress 2
Start Up Command: c:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game tf -maxplayers 20 +map *Redacted* -autoupdate +hostname *Redacted*
Admin Mods: SourceMod, Metamod

The problem I am having is once I submit the command in command prompt, the Dedicated Server Script starts running but then closes instantaneously for an unknown reason. Any help would be wonderful! Cheers!

p.s. it is bad idea to run on cloud.
u could run through debugger.
also it is common with outdated mm/sm, try installing latest available snapshots and fresh, without any changes/addons

First of all, the cloud is not a bad idea. It is cheaper and much quicker / better connection.
If you are going to post, what is the debugger? I came to this forum because I needed help, not for someone to increase their postcount.
Sourcemod and metamod are brand spanking new. I didn't put any addons, I just installed everything and then the srcds.exe crashes.

First of all, lets not be rude to people trying to help you. If your server isn't starting you obviously didn't install something right. Second of all running a server on a cloud isn't recommended at all. It's going to cause you nothing but trouble with FPS stability.

Third, go check your error logs and post what they say in this thread. If you don't know how to turn on the logs you want to add the following to your server configuration.

Lastly, make sure your server is fully up to date running the latest valve update. Please also note most people who setup a tf2 server don't do it right.
