Start but crash...

Hallo! When i start the server, its say in console.log its is started up! But its close again, and dump this file "crash_srcds.exe_20120522093318_1" I dont know how to fix, when i try to read the file "crash_srcds.exe_20120522093318_1" its come up with sympols and that, some one there can help?

mine does too. even crashes with no plugins at all. i gave up on hosting source servers ever since valve started removing features as there's always been problems for me ever since
