Help Making a Dedicated server

Hey so I'm making my first Dedicated Server and I need some help. I downloaded Source Multiplayer Dedicated Server from steam and went to run it. Under "Maps" it shows cp_dustbowl and wont let me change it. I then went into the "Source 2007 Dedicated Server" folder and added my custom map into the "Maps" Folder. Still it wont let me change the map!! HELP

Server OS: 32 Bit Windows Vista Toshiba Laptop
Processor: Something crappy (Its my old laptop from 2005)
Ram: 1GB
Game(s): Team Fortress 2
Start Up Command: << Wut?
Admin Mods: None ATM



Router: Wireless Verizon router

Are you sure the map is working? try to run it from singleplayer, besides that i cant help you much, i only know SRCDS, no clue how steam´s source server tools work sorry.

how are you changing levels?
you have to use changelevel MAPNAME
