Srcds garrysmod crashing gameclients?

Hi there.

I have a problem with installing a Gmod server, everytime i/others try to join their/my gameclient just crash, anyone have any experianced like this?

I dont see specs/etc/etc relavant here, so i leave it out, however if needed i will of course provide them.

Anybody help please? i cant realy give you any info as the server just tell "client timed out" and i have no clue on how to debug gmod. It is a clean install from SRCDS and startupline is simplyfied as much as possible:

Sys specs is following:

Windows 2008 R2 server edition
I7-2600
16GB ddr3 1333 mhz ram
2x3 tb HDD sata 3 6gb/sec
1gbps connection

I do no use the server for anything else than hosting a CSS server at the moment.
