Can't get VAC on my CSS SRCDS

My css srcds server can't get VAC, even if i write -secure, and portforwad the right ports? :/

well with the information supplied I can only advice you download official server and not cracked one

Tell us more pls ... -secure is not a required parameter in order to get VAC..
