Force clients rate up?

Hi there.

As most of you surely know the standard rate set by game is 7500, wich just isnt enough! So my question is, is there any way i can force my cliens rate to set at 65000 instead of 7500?
I am talking about the rate client command, just if somebody missed it .

If you set these convars on your server then yes.

I allready tried this but it didnt touch players rate for some reason.
