secure mode enabled disconnected from steam3

hey i just got 2 public cs:s servers and one of them cant get vac secured!
if i write "status" in console it says "insecure - secure mode enabled disconnected from steam3" but my other server is secured..

using windows server 2008 and srcds

It's very difficult to troubleshoot somebodies server when we have no knowledge on how you have it running...

ok, start parameters for first server: start /high srcds.exe -game cstrike -console -port 27016 -autoupdate -fps_max 1000 -pingboost 3 +map surf_10x_reloaded +maxplayers 20
addons: ES, SM, Mani Admin, Metamod

second server: start srcds.exe -game cstrike -console -port 27018 -autoupdate -pingboost 3 +map de_dust2_csgo +maxplayers 16 -nohltv
addons: mani admin

also dont get more than 67 fps on both servers

You're going to need a high resolution timer service for your machine to run more than 67 FPS

Make sure you define your IP in the start up command line. If you're behind NAT ( a router ) you will need to use your local IP.

Also I'm not sure why you're running them on 27016, and 27018, kinda odd ports there. I would recommend you run one on the default 27015, and another on 27016. They don't need to be spaced out as those ports are only used for inbound connections and client communications sent to your server. Everything sent out is sent via various ports.

im using a modem/router combi...so i should add +ip 192.168.0.11 on both startup lines?

so i tried with the local ip..and setting the ports 27015 and 27016..no luck
