Garrys Mod server crashing?

Hi there people!
I would just like to ask if anyone here knows anything about preventing Garrys Mod servers from crashing? My server is crashing about once every 10 minutes, and it really disturbes me!

I allready have the recommended rates and all my addons are updated, what could the problem be?

PHX is included, so it can not be seen as a Addon.
If you have it installed as a addon remove it.

Sure you don't have any other addons? Else what is your specs?

sorry but with information supplied, this is the best answer you might get.
You say why your server crashes, I answer you: addons.
We don't know what addons you have, and if you give a list I won't be able to help you since I am not known to garry's mod, but somebody might help.
If addons crash my server the best way to figure out is narrow down to what addon does it and fix it / remove it.
