first image's input data is too lower.
so player has choke in my server.
(All of them)
How can I fix this?

Choke usually means your server is CPU overloaded and can't handle it.

is this not enough i7 for srcds?

My spec :

i7-2600
8GB
SSD + HDD (SRCDS in ssd)
