Help with teams needed!

Hello!
I need help, I am kinda new with hosting a css server.
But this is my problem:
I have a MiniGame server, and in some maps you can only join T or only CT. But for some reason you can only be 2 persons playing at the same time in the same team. The others have to wait in spectors.

Need help with this please!

Have you tried setting mp_limitteams to 0?

yea that command works, or the map is just used that way.

other command that might help mp_autoteambalance "0"
