Default jail pos and make /wanted <point at player> thing in darkrp.

I'm wondering here if someone could show me how to make a default jail position on my darkRP server (if that's possible). and I seen some servers have that you can type "/wanted" and look at the player to make them wanted. can someone help me with that to?
