Minimum Requirements

Hello, Sorry if this has been asked many times before but i havent been able to find the information i needed. I was wondering if my network would be able to handle Garry's Mod servers.

Server im intending to buy soon, Hardware should be fine but i'll post it anyway

Form Factor : 4U RACK
Processor (CPU): QUAD (4) 2200MHZ/1M/400
Memory : 6GB RAM
Optical Device : CD--FLOPPY COMBO
Hard Drives :
Power Supply : DUAL (2) POWER SUPPLY
Controller : DELL PERC 4/125MB CACHE CONTROLLER

Dynamic IP (probibly can solve with DynDns)
40MB/s Download
10MB/s Upload

Okay, Well is it capable of handeling any server's?

It's capable of hosting _a_ server. Not several servers. Dunno about the slotcounts, maybe 10 - 15 slots would go fine.

Okay. Well i have a single core Poweredge with 4GB Ram. Used to use it for files. Think i could just use that and host 1 server?

Allright thanks. I'll give it a go if not then i may look into less common isp's that could delivery better upload speed.
