anybody have a good idea on the lowest Rate settings so i can reduce lag on my server

Uhm.. I suppose you've got SourceBans, but you'll need a webserver for that.

Sigh. What I ment was that you _could_ get it, not that you actually had it installed. Anyhow, you can manage your admins, servers and do alot of stuff with it, but you do need SourceMod for it to work 100%.
