I had a hard time finding a short subject.
The thing is, I suppose most of you have seen either GameTracker or GameMonitor or MinecraftServerList (To name something non-srcds too), then you might also know that they monitor the servers, including the amount of players.
I'd like to integrate this functionality into my website, and yes, I am rather skilled at PHP/MySQL/jQuery etc.
I was just wondering how they query the gameservers for this information, because I'd like a more accurate graph for the player count, as the GameTracker one is only adding a point each 4 hours but I'll figure that part myself.
Right now I am just curious as to how they query the gameservers for playernames/count and map.
Thanks in advance if anyone can help me
