Server not fully launched ??

Server OS: Win xp 32 bit
Processor: E4500 @2.20
Ram: 2GB
Game(s): HL CS:S
Start Up Command: set runserver=C:\Valve\SERVER_WAR\css\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike

Hi folks,
I got some issues starting a random fresh installed server without any plugins or addons...
The server starts but stops at the line of network, usually it told like connected to steam blabla vac enable and other stuff... but not any more... and my server don't show up in the lan section in steam nor in HLSW if i type in the ip... so I presume that the server is not completely started but how?

You need to specify the map in the startup line too. Add "-map de_dust" at the end of the line.
