This has probably been asked a million times, but how do you change a servers Tic rates?
I thought it was the fps_max thing in the config, but that didn't change it either.
The server is a p4 3.2, 1.5 Gigs of ram, and a 7200rpm HDD, so I think we meet the requirements to push it, and it has Dual T1 going to it.

You should be able to use the "-tickrate" flag when you start the server.

When you start up a server you have to use something like this:
"C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game hl2dm +map dm_overwatch -maxplayers 8"
to change the tickrate it would look something like this:
"C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game hl2dm +map dm_overwatch -maxplayers 8 -tickrate 66"

with tickrates at 33, 66, 100
some servers use a mix of like 45 or 44, but that is some serious tweaking there. I suggest a 66 as it is very stable
