Cannot connect to CSS server

I'm hosting a server on my laptop and I cant connect/ find it on my normal computer.
I search for longfellow (server name) and try connecting by my ip and <my ip>:27015 but it simply does not work.
I also port forwarded 27000-27050

with your computer you need to connect to your LOCAL IP.
