Why my public ip is 0.0.0.0
c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map $2000$ -tickrate66 -ip192.168.xxx.xxx -port 27015 -maxplayers 8 -autoupdate

because you are missing a blank between "-ip" and "192.168.xxx.xxx"
