i used the server.cfg off srcds.com

idk what setting to change for that ??

mp_timelimit and mp_maxrounds i believe.

If the server takes forever to load maps it may because the physical server is overloaded or you have a really bad hard drive.
It can be caused by servers with many plugins as well.
