Try to disable all plugins. They might be faulty. Does it happen at certain events?(spawn, round end or something like that?)

what network do u have?


reinstall u server with no plugin and see if its lagg then install one plugin at a time and play and see if its lagg, when its lagg then u know what plugin it is if u dont lagg when u install server on first place then its u network or something
