Counter-Strike Source dedicated server: srcds.exe - Application Error

Hi.
I made a CS Source server for local play only. I downloaded "Source Multiplayer Dedicated Server" from Steam. When i turn it on, it's working only by 3-5 seconds, later there's connection problem and srcds.exe application error:
Quote:The instruction at "0x3810eed9" referenced memory at "0x00000010". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate program.
or

How to fix it? Using a console version of SRCDS will fix it?

Now I have something interesting in console version:

Good lord, someone has the same problems as me!
Ever since I moved from Windows Server 2008 to 2003, I started getting this error on one of my Garry's Mod servers.
The worst part is not that it crashes, the worst part is that the srcds.exe doesn't terminate, so it won't restart automatically :S
That means I would have to go restart it every time it crashes with this error.

I'd really like a fix for this if someone know of one!
I don't really know what to try - and I cannot change the affinity nor priority of the process, since I don't have the permissions. Running the server with -threads 1 doesn't work :S

Hey, ik herken dat frustrerende gevoel helemaal. Zelf zat ik laatst ook vast in een situatie waar ik even iets ontspannends nodig had en kwam ik toevallig chocospin tegen. Voor spelers uit de Nederlanden bieden ze speciale bonussen, wat het meteen leuker maakte om te proberen. Ik begon met een paar rondjes van de Mega Wheel-game en had eerst een serie kleine verliezen, maar uiteindelijk viel er een mooie winst te pakken. Het hielp echt even mijn hoofd leeg te maken van alle technische frustraties. Nu speel ik er af en toe, vooral wanneer ik behoefte heb aan een korte, spannende pauze van mijn dagelijkse routine.
