Texture error on srcds startup

When i open srcds for cs:s it comes up with these errors. Also I am sorry if this is a common issue that had an answer that i just overlooked.

Dedicated Server Error-

Error: texture file 'vgui/hud/800corner1' does not exist or is invalid

then following the errors . . .corner2-4.

It does not affect the server more then is just really annoying and it means that i have to hold down enter for approx 30 seconds to get through all the errors and if i try to remove one at a time more errors propagate.

Server OS:Windows 7 64bit
Processor: i7
Ram: 8GB
Game(s): Counter-Strike :Source
Start Up Command: now empty
Admin Mods: was mani now none

I have tried:
-verifyall
-verifyall -retry
clean install
-verifyall
finding the file and putting it into vgui/hud folder

I have the same problem with my Server - Can Anyone help us?

just update ur server just click hldsupdatetool shortcut and should update and fix it if not add me and i will see what else

umm i did that it said checking/installing updates for css
