Hello, I have a problem with my SRCDS server, I got a laptop so i had to buy a router, I bought a d-link wbr-something and when i installed it, and my SRCDS server no longer worked, So a friend of mine came up with a solution, Port foward. So i went to my dlink website, Went to port fowarding and made the port 27015, Made the IP my ipv4 address, 24.196.134.209, set the traffic to any, and saved it. The ip of my server changed from my computer ip to the ipv4, I invited a freind over steam, he joined fine. Invited another two, they coulden't join, Tried another freind, Joined. I unplugged my router, Worked, plugged it back in, nothing. what do i do?!

ask them to do tracert and ping to your server ip.
see if they can actually get to your router.
Also since you're using router make sure all ports are forwarded, that's maybe because some ports are forwarded hence only some people can get in

Well ip you forward to should be your server's internal ip. (192.168.x.x; 10.0.0.x; or another local-reserved ip)

Dunno, try removing Router from the chain (have internet - modem - laptop instead of internet - modem - router - laptop) And see if the issue is there.
