[Solved] Player log

I've started a Dedicated recently, so I'm still a noob. Is there a way to keep a log of every player than join my server? Or is this already being done and I can't find the log?
When we have issues with trolls, sometimes they leave before I can get their info to ban them.

I've searched the forums, but couldn't find the answer.

Server OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Processor: AMD Phenom II X3 3.0Ghz. 3 Cores.
Ram: 4 GB.
Game(s): Team Fortress 2
Start Up Command: D:\HLServer\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game tf +maxplayers 11 +map cp_manor_event -autoupdate
Admin Mods: SourceMod

thats my server.cfg
Logs are located in css\cstrike\logs folder i believe.

I had everything except log "on" and I had set sv_log_onefile 0 to keep the file size low.
I've added log "on" to the server.cfg.

I don't see any log folder. I'll check after I restart the server.

It worked. I guess I was just missing the "log on" command.
