[RESOLVED] People can join only sometimes.

People can join sometimes but other times they just can't due to "Server not responding". They're using my external IP in console to connect, I have my ports forwarded, and I have my firewall down. Here is my server.cfg:

What IP address is your server 192.168.56.1 OR 192.168.1.5? Your post and you port forwarding are showing 2 different things.

I don't know why it's like that, but my router won't let me add any other IP address. If my port forwarding was wrong then wouldn't people not be able to connect at all rather than only joining sometimes right?

My IP config is still messed up..why are the 2 internal IP's different?

ipconfig in CMD brings up 192.168.1.4 but viewing the game info brings up 192.168.56.1

EDIT: Added -ip 0.0.0.0 in the command line and it works now.
