I just did the update 7 hours ago and noticed ever since whenever people connect to my server it lags to all hell, before the update everything was fine, and then i noticed the fps was capped at 100fps and im running 100 tick so i changed to 66 tick and it dropped to 66 fps is there a way to have it running at a steady 300+ range atm or is it locked for now ? or has anyone got a fix?

It is locked to server tickrate.

if you want my modified engine.dll you can set fps to anything you want

Mike, no need to be so rude but yes. Having the fps locked to the ticketrate allows for smother game play overall I don't know why you would want it any other way. Quite frankly I have been waiting for this to happen for a while, having the server process quicker than it can send to the clients is just stupid. If you want to edit your engine.dll then please go find a different place to ask about it.

its BULLSHIT having fps locked to tick rate. no matter what, the fps is not at a constant 66, and looking at the net graph depending on how much action is going on, i'm only receiving around 50 updates a second which bounces between 66 and 50. with the fps at 100, it's a constant 66 updates and never dips below. just STFU if you don't know what you're talking about
PS: if we were playing all the games the way they were intended, we would not have sourcemod, no custom maps, no damage mods, no new gun models/skins, no admin-only shit, no reserved slots, nothing. go play stupid MW2 if you want to play 'the way it was intended'
