server is lag spiking

Hello everyone. My tf2 server is lag spiking. My host said the cpu spikes up to 70-80%
now my cpu is xeon 4 core @ 3.00 ghz. and 8 gb of ram and 1000 mbps netline.
Its getting annoying.
I have sourcemod installed. And metamod.
Please help.
My host also turned off half of his server. So only 3 is running and still lag spikes.
so max of 70 slots over. but the tf2 server is only one lagging.

Nothing to care about, my servers does that all the time. Anyhow, it's caused by a "bad"/overloaded CPU i guess.

yea b ut only 3 servers running on a very good processor. And its the tf2 server thats doing it. Now that image i showed u wasnt close to some ones i got today... It cpu spikes up to 80% sometimes.

9 out of 10 time thats just hlsw on my one it show my ping at 45 but when in game its at 15 some times 25 i dont go by hlsw..
