Srcds.exe won't start

I'm not too good at the srcds thing so I din't try to tinker with anything
the srcds just won't start I double click on it and that's it.
If there is like a "Batch File" or one of those "Commands" if you could tell me that would be great (help would be appreciated!!!)

You must launch this application with a set of parameters.

You can also create a shortcut of the srcds.exe and place it on your desktop.

Right click on the shortcut and go to properties. Under properties go to the shortcut tab.
In the field "Target" next to the directory where the srcds executable is you can add parameters. For example:

C:\Program Files\Valve\HLServer\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +maxplayers 10 +map de_dust2
