Download custom models

Hello.
I got some new models, placed them in webserver and the dedicated server.
However, it doesn't download.
What is the problem?

Do you have these in your server.cfg?

sv_downloadurl "http://www.YourWebHostURL.com/cstrike"
sv_allowdownload 1
sv_allowupload 1

For the sv_downloadurl you will need to put the url that leads to where the files are on your server.
