How many Slots or Server can this Setup hold?

Also: How much RAM does TF2 need. I checked on my home computer and the max. was 300MB with 30 Bots and SourceMod on an i5 sandy bridge with 8GB RAM.

A very rough estimate would be 8 - 12 24man servers. TF2 servers often leak memory over time up to around 700mb before they start lagging really bad. If you have Replay enabled, tack on around another 200 - 300mb of memory usage per server and also the bandwidth required to upload the replays to clients.
