I've put everything, because is a dedicated server and i can't know about NETWORK AND BANDWIDTH INFO.

In most cases your network information is vital to the solution of your problem.

Just make a new thread and put all your information in the FIRST post. I don't want to piece together your puzzle.

You see the problem? That port is already being used by another process, i would try to remove that parameter, along with the "autoupdate" and "verify_all" parameters. autoupdate is not used anymore (very rare people use it), and verify_all is used to update the server (to verify that all files have been downloaded correctly).
