srcds freezing

Hey guys, could use alittle help here.
we got an issue with our server running srcds.. from time to time the srcds window just freezes and nothing else happens, we then need to close the window to get the css server up again.
because of this there is no dump file


alittle info about our server

Server OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9630 3.00GHz
Ram: 3GB DDR2 RAM
Game(s): Counter-Strike Source
Start Up Command: D:\servers\megaserver\orangebox\srcds.exe -game cstrike -console -port 27015 +tv_port 30000 +maxplayers 64 +fps_max 0 -autoupdate +exec server.cfg +map de_dust2
Admin Mods:
Mani Admin Plugin 2011 V1.2.22.6 VSP Orange
Mattie's EventScripts Version:2.1.1.370
Metamod:Source 1.8.8-dev
SourceMod 1.3.9-dev

INSTALLING INFO

Does it like freeze with the scrds window and crash the server but doesnt really crash srcds.exe?
Because i have this issue alot and i am looking for a solution... But at the end of the srcds.exe theres always a headshot with m14 with my srcds....

Have u updated? Becuase when i updated yesterday it hasnt happened yet...

Idk if u updated or not but the last update(like 2 days ago) fixed the following for source engine:

Code:

Source Engine Changes (CS:S, DoD:S, TF2, HL2:DM)
Fixed snd_restart breaking voice recording
Fixed a rare crash creating a listen server

Maybe the rare crash could make it..
idk just try updating with verify_all command in the updatel ine...

well u have alot of plugins... WHat i would do is disable all the plugins and password protect ur server and go in and test to see if it still crashes...(thats just my opinion tho)

You guys aren't gonna be happy with me telling you this. But I am also having the exact same problem on SRCDS but this time with TF2 :/. It began happening after an update around 1 month ago.

yeah honestly i think its just one update that broke it...
