How to be healthy?

Hi there Smile Hope you're all doing great! I want to start my healthy transformation. Let me know what are the main principles I should follow. Also, how medicine can impact my current state and body shape? Are there any procedures which can help me to feel better?

Transforming your body and becoming healthier can be achieved through two main steps:

Have you consider medical involvement or surgeries as well?

I actually did yes, thanks for the suggestion. Gastric band surgery, also known as laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding, is a weight-loss surgery that involves placing an adjustable silicone band around the upper part of the stomach. The benefits of Gastric Band Surgery include:
