3.4 GHz is not a measure for the cpu speed. Please tell us what CPU this actually is. (oh and btw: "Xeon" is not the name of a CPU either)

How does one explain Xeon 3430?

Also more CPU information is helpful because 3.4GHz/core isn't as helpful as:
