Users can't connect with 2 network adapters

I have a server setup and I've been trying and trying to get it to work with incoming connections.

I've done all the port forwarding and every other suggestion on the Steam forums and all the suggestions here are the same.

I found out that if I disable one of my two network adapters I can get incoming connections to work. But in the process all the other computers on my LAN that connect through my computer loose internet.

Anyway I can force the server to use a certain adapter or is this another issue?
