server1,2,3 is pl_goldrush running

i want server1,2,3 each map config

example

server1 : mp_winlimit 3, mp_maxrounds 3
server2 : mp_winlimit 2, mp_maxrounds 2
server3 : mp_winlimit 0, mp_maxrounds 0

server1,2,3 same map pl_goldrush

use to sourcemod plugins????
or modify cfg file location????
