GMOD server crashing problem

Hello, i am having a problem with a garrysmod server. It is running metrorp (basicly darkrp) and when there is over 5 players when someone joins it will crash. The crashing is random time and ONLY when player's join. In console.log there are no errors, the last thing logged is the player joining. my GSP is xenon servers. Could this be a problem with hosts, or gamemode?

Sounds like its probably a mod problem. Does the server crash without any special mods running or anything along those lines?
