I would start slowly with a low number of medium-sized servers and get them running. if one of them gets too crowded you can still expand the slot count...

It takes at least a month to establish a game server if you have a regular friends basis.

When did we get into server popularity talk? I just changed it since alot of my friends wanted it and it may speed up the server a it because theres less slots and no mods -.-

Alright i made a plan...
The ze server is going down to 32-40 slots... The l4d2 server is being changed to css scoutzknifez server 32 slots(since alot of people wanted css server scoutzknifez and my l4d2 server was having some problems)...
So That may help it too?


edit:
Total slots would be: 176
Now the l4d2 server is changing to css, and i would think l4d2 server would be causing more cpu then other servers since its more graphics and just more stuff happens in the game?

Depends, if your CSS server is full, then it will use more CPU, however, L4D2 uses a good bit of cpu because of the so called "bots" (zombies)

Hello, i am thinking of getting a zombie riot server too... Ummm maybe switch ze to zr for now... Anyone know how much cpu usage bots can take up?
