How i can make my source mutliplayer dedicated server use external ip ???

Hello i have problem i created server in source multiplayer dedicated server server but i have problem :

how i can make my server use external ip ????

i did port forwading
i have dynamic ip
i have windows xp
i have tp livebox
i have disabled windows firewall

Something strange :
yesterday i hosted server to just play with my friend that connect throught hamachi network few minutes later unkown player connect another few minutes later another unkown player and my source multiplayer dedicated server used my external ip... after i turned of and later turned on my server it used again not external ip : 192.168.1.10

That should show your local IP address. Go to http://www.whatismyip.com and give people your external IP address.

I Cant connect to my server using command

"connect 95.49.---.---:27015:

i got message connecting / connection failed after 4 retries

My server now works but i have other problem.... When any player connect to my server ( Unkown Player not friend ) its say has joined to game but later he disconnect without message in chat idk why players disconnect from my server for no reason. SOmebody can help me ???

Are you using a map not included with TF2? If that's the case, it's probably too large and you'll have to increase net_maxfilesize to 64. Just add this to your server.cfg file:

net_maxfilesize 64

Keep in mind downloads off your server will take a long time.

You are suppose to join your server using your internal IP, not your external IP. Anyone outside your network uses the external IP, anyone inside your network uses the internal IP.

Also for your dynamic IP address you can either buy a dedicated IP through your ISP or use a service like mydns to create a custom hostname to connect to.

ok portforwading is working yesterday i played with some guys but today is nobody entering.... ;( how i can check did my server appear on tf2 servers list

game-monitor.com, and type in your external ip.

You can search for your server by creating some weird max slot count like 0/7 then just sort by the max players and look for servers with 0/7. Make sure if you have a specific region set in your server.cfg that you put it in the filter box as well.
