nonfixed problem

I have a problem with SRCDS.
I have just installed HL2DM SRCDS.
When I run it, nothing happens.
I have WIN7 64x bits
A 2.98 GHZ proccesor, 8GB of RAM.
There is no problem with the computer itself.
Help.

Well,its fresh install.
There is no admin mod, the installation was fine.
there is nothing i can say about the connection.
The config file is good.
If you care so much also of the connection, here is more info.

external ip:188.25.96.94
internal ip: 192.168.1.1

I DONT KNOW HOW TO PORT FORWARD ON QUBS!
I dont think port forwarding is needed to start a aplication that just needs selecting a game, place name,map, port,rcon and start.

Do you atleast listen to me? I cant START THE PROGRAM ITSELF! NOT THE SERVER!
As i cannot start, i tried using command line. Works.
But, what about the program itself?

Well, let's forget about this problem and get something annoying with my server connection.

So. just started with the SRCDS guardian. Enterted my counter strike source game.
I typed, connect 188.25.186.101 (my external ip)
And what the hell? I cannot connect?
The ip was from whatismyip.org
so then, i tried my internal ip. 192.168.1.100.
Also,i have seen my ip keep changing! From the ip i said in the thread, changed to the one i said right now.
It connected.
My friend wanted to come too, So i gave him my internal ip, but didn't worked.i got in a rage, again.
and now i am back here, waiting for a response.
I dont know how to port forward.
I made a virtual server, made a triggering port, all for steam. But idk if i did right.

Use this as your startup line:

srcds.exe -console -game hl2mp -port 27015 +map dm_lockdown -autoupdate

You can replace dm_lockdown with the map you want your server to start on, do not include .bsp.
