Server OS: Win7 Home Premium (BackTrack 4 Dualboot)
Processor: AMD Athlon II X3 435 (3core ~2.9Ghz)
Ram: 6GB
Game(s): Gmod SRCDS and Gmod
Start Up Command: srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_construct +maxplayers 6 -ip 174.140.91.229 -port 27015 -autoupdate
Admin Mods: Irrelevant
INSTALLING INFO
Full Install Command: hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game gmod -dir .
NETWORK AND BANDWIDTH INFO

Local IP of Server: 192.168.0.103
External IP: 174.140.91.229
I know Hosting and playing from the same machine is NOT reccomended, but Is done out of a home project and does have a 24/7 uptime.
My issue: Server not displayed on MSL, Ive googled, I've configured, I've changed every possible setting there is to change... Aslong as the Host computer is set at the DMZ, the server will show in the MSL, however, Steam will not connect...
Ive forwarded all proper ports, and even opened a port range from 1026 - 50000
and still no show...
the server will ONLY appear in the Master list if the host IP is set as the DMZ
Im at a complete loss, I know its not my router... Ive even forwarded individual ports from 27000, 27005, 27014-16, 1200, 4380, 26901 as well as 27030-35
any help would be appreciated
