How many 24slot tf2 servers would fit on this machine ~ (max_fps 66.67 / tick 33)
max 3-4?

I'd not go over 2 servers a core. Simply try it out.

The general rule of thumb is about two servers a core. But it all depends on how many mods / slots / etc your going to have to be running. You'll also need to consider you only have two cores to start with so your operating system will be taking up CPU on both.

And if you've got services which are using a bit of cpu too that can affect the performance on a dualcore.
Btw, is the SRCDS logo gone or is it just my computer?

I will use my vps for web & other stuff
this server would only be dedicated for gamesserver

VPS's is usually a very bad thing for game hosting. Just saying that now you'd be better off with a dedicated server if your wanting to do multiple things on a single VPS.
